We would like your experience to be as comfortable as possible during your time with us. Please reach out to meetings@nami.org in advance of your travel so that we can work together to accommodate your needs.

Guests can have a dedicated Mini Me Milk Fridge delivered to their sleeping room as a complimentary service, just ask the front desk.
Valet parking is offered 7 days a week with some restrictions (additional charges apply for oversized vehicles).

  • 0-2 hours - $35 + tax
  • Restaurant validation up to 3 hours - $35 + tax
  • More than 2 hours/overnight - $65 + tax
  • Oversized overnight - $68 + tax
Valet parking is provided on a first come first serve basis

Metered public parking is available on surrounding streets and there are several commercial parking facilities convenient to the museum.

Visitors with vehicles displaying the international symbol of accessibility may park in the two spaces available for this purpose located adjacent to the museum on the northeast corner of Jefferson Drive and Fourth Street, SW.
The nearest Metro station is L'Enfant Plaza (Blue/Orange/Silver/Green/Yellow lines). Exit toward Maryland Avenue/Smithsonian Museums. Walk two blocks east (toward the US Capitol Building) on Maryland Avenue. Bus lines are 30, 32, 34–36—Friendship Heights/Southern Avenue. The museum is accessible to people with disabilities. The following resources are available to visitors.
